BRIGHTEN & DEFINE EYE SHADOW PALETTE

Using the BRIGHTENING EYE SHADOW BRUSH, apply the light shade all over the eyelid, from lash line to brow, as a simple shadow base. Define the upper or upper and lower lash line with the dark shade using the DEFINING EYE LINER BRUSH.

• To create eyes that pop, line the upper or upper and lower lash line.
• Layers beautifully over other eye-lining formulas for a sexy, smoky effect.
• For added brightness, highlight under the brow with the light shade after eye make-up has been applied.
